David Oberdick to Serve as Moderator at 3 Rivers Venture Fair

Meyer, Unkovic & Scott Intellectual Property attorney David G. Oberdick will serve as a Moderator at the 3 Rivers Venture Fair’s “venture Connection” session tomorrow, Wednesday, October 11th from 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

During venture Connection, investors will host tables to meet with groups of entrepreneurs who have been matched based on capital needs, industry, and other key criteria. Each session will be broken into 20 minute segments giving each investor the chance to meet with up to 36 capital-seeking, well-screened entrepreneurs.

Mr. Oberdick is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property, Corporate & Business Law, and Business Litigation practice groups and has a diverse client base that bridges these practice areas. His business litigation experience includes cases involving issues of intellectual property, such as infringement and misappropriation litigation, restrictive covenants, licensing disputes, injunction proceedings, and related breach of contract issues. Over the last 25 plus years, he has also counseled and litigated significant claims for clients in other complex commercial matters, such as insurance coverage, oil and gas, breach of contract, business disputes, as well as alternative dispute resolution.
