Andrew L. Noble focuses his practice on resolving business and commercial disputes through negotiation and litigation.  He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings, on a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters.

Additional Information

Drew is an animal lover.  He lives in Oakmont with his wife, Sharon, their daughter, and two pets – a cat and a dog – both of whom were rescued from animal shelters.  He is an avid Pittsburgh sports fan; when he’s not spending his free time with his family, he enjoys rooting for the Steelers, Pirates, Penguins, and Panthers.

  • Defended an international manufacturer of metal products in a breach of contract case pending in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
  • Defended a computer consulting services provider against claims asserted in a Complaint filed in the Western District of Pennsylvania. Drew obtained dismissal of the Complaint, which was affirmed by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
  • Represented several clients in cases involving employee non-compete agreements.
  • Represented clients in disputes arising out of the sale of businesses.
  • Representing of an oil and gas company in breach of contract actions, title and lease disputes, injunction proceedings, and interpretation of related statutes.
  • Represented a local electricity company in a breach of contract case litigated in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, in which a verdict of more than $100 million was entered on behalf of Meyer, Unkovic & Scott’s client.
