Dennis Unkovic is actively involved in negotiating complex commercial transactions, such as international mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, and joint ventures; restructuring entities to enhance effectiveness; and advising on inbound and outbound direct foreign investment projects.  He advises both U.S. companies and foreign entities on their international activities and investments.  From time to time, he serves as an arbitrator or party counsel on domestic and international arbitration proceedings.

Dennis has traveled to 61 countries over the last 35 years, with significant involvement in transactions in China, India, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, and Europe.  When he is not working or traveling for business, he enjoys scuba diving, golf, and spending time with his young grandsons.
