Josh Hoffman is a member of the Corporate & Business Law and Real Estate & Lending groups. His experience includes assisting clients with commercial real estate transactions and general corporate matters. Josh has represented clients in matters involving the acquisition, disposition, development, and leasing of real estate, commercial lending, mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations. In addition, he has experience with clients in the nonprofit and governmental sectors.

Prior to joining Meyer, Unkovic & Scott, Josh was an associate in the Business Services and Real Estate groups at a large firm in Pittsburgh. He has also served as a Law Clerk for the Department of Housing & Urban Development and as a Legal Extern for Southwestern Pennsylvania Legal Services.
Upon graduation from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Josh was inducted into the Order of the Coif. While in law school, he served as an Articles Editor for the University of Pittsburgh Law Review, worked as a Certified Legal Intern for the Taxpayer Clinic, and was the inaugural recipient of The Honorable Ruggero J. Aldisert Endowment Scholarship. Additionally, Josh spent a summer abroad at the University of Oxford studying corporate law and received a CALI Award for comparative legal ethics and federal income taxation & procedure.
Josh received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Justice Studies and Sociology from James Madison University. While in college, he was an investigator for the Honor Council and was the recipient of an Honor Council Scholarship.
A native of Lewisboro, New York, Josh currently resides in downtown Pittsburgh.
