Rosanne M. Penn is a paralegal at Meyer, Unkovic & Scott LLP and a member of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group. She has worked as a litigation paralegal for over 17 years.

Rosanne has experience in mass tort litigation, personal injury, collections, estates, and Orphan’s Court matters. More specifically, she has worked in defense in mass tort cases, analyzing the risk to the defendants being represented. Her background in plaintiff work has involved personal injury and collections. She spends a majority of her time working with clients in the health care industry. For example, she has reviewed medical records, scheduled IME’s, and participated in depositions for clients. She focuses much of her time working with a number of assisted living facilities assisting them with their collections matters.

Rosanne earned an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies from Bradford School of Business in 1996, and then she continued her education and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Paralegal Studies – Alternative Dispute Resolution, summa cum laude, in 2007 from Kaplan University.
