Edwin’s practice focuses on estate and trust planning, administration and related litigation matters, as well as counseling clients on taxation matters. Over the past 17 years, Edwin has represented executors and beneficiaries of estates ranging in value up through multi-million dollars. He has represented both fiduciaries and beneficiaries of estates and trusts involved in related litigation matters.
Edwin regularly prepares sophisticated estate plans for clients designed to minimize Federal Estate and Gift Taxes while focusing on the client’s wealth transfer and business succession goals. He also represents clients involved in tax controversy matters with the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue and the Internal Revenue Service.
Edwin accepted a nomination to serve on the Allegheny County Bar Association Probate and Trust Law Section Council and is a member of the Bar Association’s Taxation Section, as well as a member of the Board of Directors of the Estate Planning Council of Pittsburgh. Edwin received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and his Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University. Edwin earned a LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Alabama School of Law.
Edwin is a lifetime resident of, and continues to make his home in, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania.
