Jason Yarbrough was interviewed by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette about the delays some property owners are experiencing receiving refunds from their successful assessment appeal hearings.
Some property owners, while having received their refunds from the county, are still waiting on funds from the City of Pittsburgh and the School District of Pittsburgh.
We have notified the appropriate City of Pittsburgh officials of our clients’ concerns and desire to receive those refunds ASAP. We remain hopeful that these refunds will be issued promptly.
