Pittsburgh, PA – February 7, 2025 –Meyer, Unkovic & Scott is pleased to announce that that Maxwell Briskman Stanfield has been named a Co-Chair of the firm’s Associates Committee.
Maxwell joins Antoinette C. Oliver and Patricia E. Farrell as Co-Chairs. The Associates Committee is responsible for overseeing the firm’s Associates group. In that capacity, the Associates Committee ensures that there is a forum for discussion of firm policies and practices affecting associates, as well as acting as liaison between the Associates and the firm’s Management Committee. The Associates Committee helps to monitor and make recommendations regarding firm matters impacting Associates, including for example hiring and retention policies, quality of life issues, staffing needs, technological support services, practice and business development programs, new associate orientation, and associate mentoring. The Associates Committee also conducts regular Associate performance reviews, to ensure consistent feedback for growth and development.
Maxwell also serves as the Transactional Contact for the firm with Meritas, the premier global alliance of independent law firms. He is a member of firm’s Diversity and Technology Committees and currently resides in Shadyside with his fiancée Meredith.
