Andrew L. Noble focuses his practice on resolving business and commercial disputes through negotiation and litigation.  He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings, on a wide array of complex commercial litigation matters.

He regularly represents and advises policyholders on a variety of insurance coverage issues, including the analysis and negotiation of coverage and litigation relating to denials of claims under all types of insurance.

Drew lives in Oakmont with his two rescued dogs.    When not working tirelessly for his clients, he relaxes by taking hikes with his dogs, exercising, and playing the guitar.

  • Represents a multi-national corporation in an environmental insurance coverage case, which, after a three-month trial, resulted in a verdict of nearly $13 million in favor of Meyer, Unkovic & Scott’s client.
  • Counsels corporate clients on a variety of insurance coverage issues, including analysis, negotiation and litigation related to denials of coverage.
  • Advises and counsels banks and lending institutions on insurance coverage matters arising from property loans.
  • Advises individuals on insurance issues relating to automobile and homeowners’ insurance.
  • Regularly represents clients in disputes involving the purchase and sale of businesses.
  • Regularly represents companies, officers, and shareholders in shareholder disputes, including cases involving claims of oppression by minority
  • Successfully represented an international manufacturer of metal products in a breach of contract case pending in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Drew secured dismissal of the complaint filed against his client and successfully pursued a counterclaim, which resulted in an award of substantial damages to his client.
  • Defended a computer consulting services provider against claims asserted in a Complaint filed in the Western District of Pennsylvania. Drew obtained dismissal of the Complaint, which was affirmed by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
  • Regularly represents clients in cases involving employee non-compete agreements.
  • Represents an oil and gas company in breach of contract actions, title and lease disputes, injunction proceedings, and interpretation of related statutes.
  • Represents an electricity company in a variety of complex cases, including a breach of contract case in which a verdict of more than $100 million was entered on behalf of Meyer, Unkovic & Scott’s client.
  • Represents landowners in cases involving disputes over ownership of oil, gas, and mineral rights.
  • Represents union pension and welfare funds in cases arising under ERISA.
