Beth A. Slagle is a business attorney at the law firm of Meyer, Unkovic & Scott LLP where she maintains an active and varied practice focused principally on employment law, business disputes, insurance coverage and entrepreneurs.
Her employment law practice involves the representation of employers in a myriad of employment related issues which include employment contracts, discrimination issues and investigations. Over the past 30 years, she has also been involved in and pursued numerous insurance coverage claims which has translated directly into the recovery of millions of dollars for many companies, including more than $100,000,000 for a single corporate client.
In addition, she has dedicated a significant amount of her practice to assisting female-owned companies in business formation and executing strategic solutions for a myriad of business issues. Over the years, she has represented and counseled numerous entrepreneurs and new ventures, assisting them with business and operational issues. Ms. Slagle is the Chair of the Insurance Coverage Litigation Practice Group, Co-Chair of the MUSolutions Practice Group, and Co-Chair of the Diversity Committee.
