Pittsburgh, PA, October 24, 2022 – Meyer, Unkovic & Scott is pleased to announce that Daniel R. Ferringer has joined the firm as an Associate in the Family Law and Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice groups.
His practice focuses on all areas of family law, including support and alimony hearings, divorce and custody matters, modifications to initial family court orders, name changes, adoptions, and protection from abuse hearings.
Dan’s litigation practice has included participating in court hearings and oral arguments, comprehensive legal research and writing, discovery, depositions, assisting in jury selection, preparing lay and expert witnesses, and dispute resolution through arbitration.
Dan has been a Solicitor and Hearing Officer for the Clarion County Domestic Relations Section and has been appointed by the Court to be a Divorce Master and to represent individuals in cases involving Children and Youth Services. He has also been appointed as an Arbitrator in addition to acting as the Hearing Officer for mental health hearings at the Clarion County Psychiatric Center.
Dan received his J.D. in 2014 from the University of Dayton School of Law and was awarded the CALI Award for Law and Education. He received his B.A. from Pennsylvania State University in 2010.
He resides in Clarion, PA.
