Meyer, Unkovic & Scott’s MUSolutions Group attorneys will be featured presenters at two upcoming seminars sponsored by Chatham University’s Center for Women’s Entrepreneurship.

The first, “Minimizing the Risks of Liability in Your Business” will be presented by MUS attorney Beth Slagle and is scheduled for May 10. Discussion topics will include: contracts; insurance; indemnification; employee vs. independent contractor classification; and what to do if a claim is made against your business.

The second, “Intellectual Property: What You Need to Know” will be presented by MUS attorneys Dave Oberdick and Michael Monyok and is scheduled for June 19. Discussion topics will include: trademarks; copyrights; patents; non-disclosure agreements; and trade secrets.

Both seminars will take place at Chatham University’s Entrepreneurship Hub located at 6585 Penn Avenue in downtown Pittsburgh.
