Patricia Farrell Named Co-Chair of Meyer, Unkovic & Scott’s Associates Committee

Meyer, Unkovic & Scott recently announced that Partner Patricia Farrell was named co-chair of the firm’s Associates Committee. Farrell joins Antoinette (“Nette”) Oliver as a leader of the committee, charged with the overall professional development of the firm’s associates.

Farrell also serves as co-chair of the Corporate & Business Law Practice Group at Meyer, Unkovic & Scott where she focuses her practice primarily in business services.  She regularly represents operating businesses and those seeking to structure a business venture.

Farrell has a broad corporate practice where, in addition to counseling clients on formation and structuring business transactions, she assists with corporate governance, joint ventures, emerging entity issues, purchase and sale of businesses and succession planning for business owners. She also has substantial experience in commercial real estate transactions where she regularly represents developers, building owners, and venture partners in structuring real estate transactions, and is included in The Best Lawyers in America® for Real Estate Law.

Farrell is actively involved in the University of Pittsburgh’s Institute for Entrepreneurial Excellence (IEE) and serves as a frequent speaker for the IEE.

She lives in Jefferson Hills with her husband David and their two sons.
