Meyer, Unkovic & Scott Real Estate attorneys Grant Scott and Andrea Geraghty were pleased to host Pittsburgh City Councilman Daniel Gilman and Kevin Acklin, Chief of Staff, City of Pittsburgh at the May 2017 REAL Professionals Pittsburgh Mastermind Meeting.  They discussed how developers have invested more than $600 million in the past three years, and how having a population with the average age of 32 means there will be substantial change for Pittsburgh.  Determining how to manage this rapid growth and new mindset will be challenging and no easier than managing the decline of days gone by.  They’re working together to ensure smooth, equitable development.
