Meyer, Unkovic & Scott Real Estate attorneys Grant Scott and Andrea Geraghty were pleased to host Vivien Li who serves as President and CEO of Riverlife at the March 2017 REAL Professionals Pittsburgh Mastermind Meeting.  Ms. Li told the group they have good reason to be optimistic about waterfront development in Pittsburgh. Developers, architects and real estate professionals know the value of waterfront property that the city and nonprofit organizations such as Riverlife Pittsburgh are working together to ensure the best designs and quality materials are utilized.  In addition, permanent riverfront zoning is coming this year and attendees were asked to make their voices part of the plan.
