Alexandra L. Yuill is a member of the Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy and Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice groups. Her practice involves creditors’ rights, commercial litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency matters, adversary actions, and complex contract disputes.
With a commitment to delivering strategic and effective solutions, Alexandra partners closely with clients, combining deep legal expertise with clear, consistent communication to navigate complex challenges and achieve optimal outcomes.
During her Judicial Clerkship, Alexandra also gained hands-on experience in intricate civil and commercial litigation matters, including actions to quiet title, the enforcement of non-disclosure and non-competition agreements, insurance coverage disputes, and corporate dissolutions.
