Justin D. Beck is an Associate in Meyer, Unkovic & Scott’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. His practice focuses on complex commercial disputes in both state and federal court, including breach of contract, trade secret misappropriation, restrictive covenants, intellectual property, securities, products liability, and shareholder claims.
Justin regularly handles sensitive and high-stakes litigation that requires a deep understanding of the client’s unique commercial interests and goals. He has successfully obtained and defeated requests for restraining orders and injunctive relief across numerous jurisdictions. Justin’s work spans a variety of industries, including technology, healthcare, finance, manufacturing, real estate, entertainment and media, and construction.
Justin resides in the Strip District neighborhood of Pittsburgh. Outside of the office, he enjoys playing the piano and exploring new restaurants. Justin is also involved in a number of civic and charitable organizations. He currently sits on the Advisory Board for the Carnegie Museum of Natural History, where he provides strategic advice on the institution’s exhibits, fundraising, and community engagement. Justin also serves as Secretary of the Board for the Pittsburgh Community Broadcasting Corporation, the parent company of Pittsburgh’s NPR station.
