Lisa Petruzzi is a partner in the firm’s Family Law practice, where she has 25 years of experience in handling a broad range of Domestic Relations Law, including divorce, equitable distribution, custody, support, adoption, and guardianship matters. Her practice also includes Dispute Resolution, Mediation, and Collaborative Law.
The latter areas require additional specialized training, and Lisa has obtained certification to assist clients in resolving disputes without court intervention, saving considerable expense and time. Lisa has been appointed in Orphans’ Court to act as attorney for alleged incapacitated persons and in Family Division as Guardian Ad Litem for children in high conflict custody matters.
Lisa received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing, with a minor in Psychology from Robert Morris College in 1988, and her J.D. from the Duquesne University School of Law in 1996. She is an active member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and has served as Council Member for the Family Law Section, co-chair of the Family Law Section’s Program Committee, and a member of the Court Relations Committee. Lisa is a presenter for the Allegheny Bar Association’s Continuing Legal Education program.
Lisa resides in Jefferson Hills with her husband Dan and their two children.
