Diana B. Bonino

  • Attorney Associate

Diana Bonino is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate & Business Law and Real Estate & Lending Practice Groups.  She regularly counsels clients on a multitude of corporate matters including formation and dissolution, mergers and acquisitions, certifications and nonprofit issues, and general corporate governance concerns.  In her real estate practice, Diana emphasizes office, retail, and industrial leasing while also assisting clients in commercial acquisitions and land use projects.

Diana enjoys helping clients navigate both day-to-day and more complex corporate and real estate issues, and her goal is to provide a comprehensive roadmap of each project and a timeline of the tasks necessary to get to completion.  She prioritizes a trusting and collaborative relationship with clients and appreciates learning the ins and outs of each client’s business and individual needs.

Beyond her law practice, Diana is an active member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and assists as a councilmember of both the Corporate, Banking, & Business Law Section and the Young Lawyers Division.  She has experience writing with various legal publications and educating her colleagues and clients on corporate matters.  She takes every opportunity to mentor younger lawyers and law students and deeply enjoys her mentorship role through Duquesne Law’s B.E.S.T. bar prep mentorship program.

Diana is a lifelong resident of the Pittsburgh region (hail to Pitt!) and she currently resides in Wexford with her husband.
